The software should run on Windows Mobile versions 4, 5 & 6 devices.
You must have Microsoft's .NET Compact Framework v3.5 installed on your mobile device in order for the software to work. Download .NET Compact Framework 3.5
Windows XP users must have ActiveSync 4 installed on your computer in order to update your device. Download ActiveSync 4 
If your PC is running Windows Vista, your synchronization settings are managed through the Windows Mobile Device Center.
